Subscription Policy

Your subscription will begin when you confirm your initial purchase. Your initial order will be processed and shipped without delay. Your next order will be processed on the schedule you have selected. A confirmation notice will be sent to you as each subscription order is processed. 

You will receive a reminder email 24 hours prior to a subscription falling due. 

We offer a choice of 'fixed term' subscriptions or 'open ended' subscriptions. Fixed term subscriptions will automatically cancel after the final payment and delivery has been made. Open ended subscriptions will continue until you cancel it in your account

You can manage your subscription by logging into your account on our website. 


You will be charged to your nominated payment method when your subscription falls due. See our privacy policy for more information.

Your personal information (name, address, email and contact phone) is provided to the supplier with each scheduled subscription in order to fulfil your order. Your payment details are not shared. Your payment details will be stored securely. Please refer to our privacy policy for more details.

Prices of products of shipping may change at any time without notice. 

Cancelling a subscription

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. There is no fee to cancel a subscription. You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account.

You cannot cancel a purchase after your order has been placed. If you would like to request a refund, please see our returns process.

We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions at any stage. For example, if products are no longer available, we may cancel the subscription. You will receive a notification when your subscription ends or is cancelled.
